Is there a waiting period before re-applying for Veteran’s Benefits?

The usual case is a Veteran is denied Veteran’s Benefits because he has too many assets. Subsequently, his assets are depleted. Therefore, the veteran is eligible for VA benefits.

No. There is no waiting period to re-apply for Veteran’s Benefits, after you become eligible.

I have now done their asset planning and need to know how long we have to wait before I can refile.  There is no legal deadline on waiting to reapply after a claimant becomes eligible.
