Be Careful of These and Other Scams
FED EX/UPS SCAM
With more and more online shopping, there is a common (and unfortunately, effective) technique for luring e-mail users into opening virus-launching attachments is to send messages that would appear to be relevant or important to many of their potential recipients. One of those is a message from FedEx/UPS or other delivery service which says that a package could not be delivered and asks you to open message. When you do, you machine will be infected with a virus. This is not a new scam but worth repeating. More details on Snopes.com.
